Today being 'National Doctor's Day', many celebrities took to their social media accounts and showed off their gratitude towards all the doctors in our country with their amazing posts.
Well, Bollywood's cute couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza also showed off their love and gratitude towards the doctors by pledging to donate their organs. This couple has taken this decision on this special day and announced it through their social media accounts.
Riteish took to his Instagram page and dropped a video through which, this couple shared this news to their fans…
In this video, Riteish doled out that, he and Genelia discussed about this topic many times but couldn't put it forward. So, on this special day 1st July, they have decided to donate the organs and also requested their fans to do the same and show off the gratitude towards the 'Doctors' with this 'Gift Of Life'.
Riteish also added a note along with this video, "There is no greater gift to someone than 'The Gift Of Life'. @geneliad & me have pledged to donate our organs. We urge you all to join this great cause and be part of 'The Life After Life'.
Well, even Genelia posted the same video on her Insta page and shared this happy news with her fans:
Along with the video, she also thanked Dr Nozer Sheier and FOGSI for inspiring them to take this life-changing decision. The 'Gift Of Life' will definitely make others live and thus she urged her fans to pledge to save lives by donating their organs.
Even the Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan appreciated this Bollywood couple for pledging to donate their organs on this special day and shared the same video on his Twitter page…
