Arjun Kapoor who is currently shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker's Panipat is always waiting for the release of his next film, India's Most Wanted. The actor says he is most proud of the film and it is something more for him than just being an entertainer.
Arjun interacted at the launch his of Belvedere Studio on Sunday in Mumbai. He was seen sporting a cap to hide his Panipat look along with a casual blue t-shirt and jacket.
Talking about the film India's most wanted Arjun went on to say, "This is a story of our unsung heroes that wake up every morning to protect our country. We always talk about the heroes that we have seen but there are so many who haven't had a chance to share their story and this one such story I am very proud to be part of this film. As an artist, I think at times you have to do something for your country than just being an entertainer."
The film is an action thriller directed by Raj Kumar Gupta and follows Arjun Kapoor who is on a secret mission to arrest a terrorist without firing any bullets. The cast also includes, Rajesh Sharma, Prashanth Alexander and Shantilal Mukherjee.
When asked about what kind of a response the film's trailer has gotten Arjun said, "I have received a good response it is a very relevant film according to today's environment, we have active and proactive janta who asks questions and demands answers and if you talk about the movie, terrorism is something that is a worldwide phenomenon today. It has gone beyond India and Asia, something we have seen unfortunately spread so fast."
Arjun will also be seen in Panipat alongside, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon.
