Anubhav Sinha And Taapsee Pannu Collaborating For A Women Centric Drama

Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha and actress Taapsee Pannu collaborated for Mulk and created critical and commercial landmark, now the duo is all set to collaborate again for a women centric drama, tentatively titled Thappad, the film has been launched.

Director Anubhav Sinha took to his social media profile and shared a candid launch picture on his social media. He captioned it, "Eleven is an auspicious number and this is my eleventh film and probably the toughest so far. Keep us blessed. This one is dedicated to the women of India. See you Mar 6, 2020. @itsBhushanKumar"

Actress Taapsee Pannu also shared the same, she wrote, "This year let's make it even HAPPIER women's Day! See you all ladies along with your men in theatres on 6th of March 2020 @anubhavsinha @itsBhushanKumar"

Anubhav Sinha had an incredible run this year, he has delivered two massive hits - Mulk and Article 15 – both the films has done big business.

As for Taapsee Pannu, the actress was last seen in multi starrer Mission Mangal and next she will be seen in Saand Ki Aankh, which is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by Anurag Kashyap, Reliance Entertainment and Nidhi Parmar.

The film also features Bhumi Pednekar and Prakash Jha as main characters. It is based on the lives of sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar.
