Properties, projects from Hyd and other cities will be on display at 3-day real estate exhibition
Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) is organising 10th edition of TREDA Property Show at HITEX exhibition centre in Hyderabad from October 18 to 20. Over 100 builders, developers, building material suppliers, research and technology development institutes and financial institutions will be showcasing their products, technologies and services at the three-day show.
Organisers say the show is an appropriate platform for all buyers and sellers to meet under one roof and explore buying and selling options of a wide range of properties and real estate services.
R Chalapathi Rao, President, TREDA, said this edition would be special one as the realty body would celebrate the 10th anniversary of the TREDA Property Show. "In the last decade, the property show has become a benchmark for all other property shows in the city and is undoubtedly the biggest in any year," he stated.
Our vision has always been to encourage growth of the real estate sector and represent and support Government in framing conducive policies that help the growth of Hyderabad and Telangana State at large, he added.
Participating companies will display entire range of properties including apartments, villas, open plots and others. Financial institutions like State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance, IIFL Home Finance will be offering their home loan products. Suppliers will display their products and services integral to the real estate industry.
"Hyderabad is now becoming the most popular destination for IT and ITeS companies in India. While the city has become a favourite choice for some of the multinational companies to set-up their operations, it has also grown multi-fold, providing services to the global companies," said B Sunil Chandra Reddy, Secretary General, TREDA.
Thanks to the Telangana government's incentive schemes and policies and presence of an integrated IT ecosystem, Hyderabad has become a flagship destination for many companies, he added.
Leading real estate companies from Hyderabad are sponsoring this annual show on real estate. Some of the companies that are sponsoring it are Vasavi Group, Aparna Constructions & Estates, 360 Life Enlighted Living, Suchirindia, My Home Group and Sai Surya Developers.
