Pioneering AI-Driven Networking

Dipesh Kashiv shared his visionary approach to transforming enterprise networking through AI, Zero Trust, and quantum-resilient architectures. He spoke about blending innovation with business strategy to build predictive, self-healing network infrastructures
Dipesh Kashiv, a principal product manager based in San Jose, California, has built a formidable reputation as a transformative force in AI-driven cloud and networking solutions. With an M.S. in Computer Engineering from George Mason University and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai, Kashiv’s career is rooted in both deep technical understanding and strategic business insight. His work consistently reflects a commitment to turning networks into intelligent, self-healing systems that redefine enterprise connectivity.
“My journey into product management was inspired by the need to turn fragmented, reactive networks into predictive, business-driven ecosystems,” Kashiv shares. “I saw early on how rigid infrastructures were holding organisations back. I wanted to change that.” That vision has become a cornerstone of his approach—viewing networks not just as infrastructure, but as strategic assets.
Over the years, Kashiv has become a driving force in integrating AI and machine learning into network management, using real-time telemetry and predictive analytics to proactively address outages, SLA performance, and security threats. “We reduced network downtime by 30% by designing a predictive routing engine that adjusts paths based on real-time SLA data,” he explains. “It wasn’t just about the tech—it was about the business outcome.”
He is equally strategic in managing product lifecycles. At the height of the pandemic, Kashiv led a crucial initiative to counter a $1 billion revenue decline by launching a unified network management dashboard. “We framed the platform not as a new tool, but as a business enabler—one that cut complexity, integrated AI telemetry, and laid the groundwork for Zero Trust and quantum-resilient frameworks.”
Kashiv’s leadership emphasises a strong connection to customers. “Customer feedback isn’t a checkbox—it’s a compass. Whether it’s SLA metrics or post-quantum security, our best innovations come from listening deeply and solving for what customers don’t always articulate.”
He maintains a hands-on approach to staying current, from running personal lab environments to collaborating with startups and attending leading conferences. “Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It comes from learning, experimenting, and being embedded in the future.”
Looking ahead, Kashiv’s ambitions are clear. “My goal is to lead the evolution of predictive, AI-powered networks that are secure by design and resilient by nature. Networks should be able to anticipate, adapt, and act—autonomously.”
With a career marked by innovation, cross-functional leadership, and customer-centric strategy, Dipesh Kashiv is not only shaping the present of AI-enhanced networking—he’s architecting its future.
