"At Citrix, I had the opportunity to work on a major cloud service platform that supported over 500 active customers and 4,000 tenants across eleven global locations. It was a challenge, but also an exciting chance to shape something that would scale globally," he says. "Ensuring the platform could reliably meet the growing needs of businesses worldwide was a huge accomplishment for me and my team."

One of Saurabh’s most significant contributions came when he spearheaded a project that simplified cloud service connectivity. "We were able to enable 15,000 customers and 25,000 devices to seamlessly integrate with cloud services, making it easier for users to harness the power of the cloud," he explains. "That was a breakthrough moment, as it showed just how transformative cloud technology can be for businesses of all sizes."

In addition to simplifying connectivity, Saurabh’s leadership also extended to introducing advanced technologies like WebSocket communication protocols. "By implementing WebSocket, we were able to significantly enhance the system’s reliability and efficiency. It was all about providing a seamless experience for users, while ensuring that the infrastructure could handle large-scale traffic without compromising on performance," he adds.
