Starting from Tata Blackbird, which is a premium compact SUV, which is an enhanced version of the subcompact SUV Tata Nexon, as per the reports the company is definitely eying to capture the SUV market as more and more Indians are eager to buy to Compact SUV's.

The Tata Blackbird is likely to be a premium mid-sized coupe SUV, which would share its X1 platform with Nexon Compact SUV. Apart from the similar platform, we find Blackbird's front profile and few body panels are also expected to be inspired by Nexon. Tata would receive a longer body in order to make it fit in the cope profile.

Tata Motors, one of the most loved SUV, Tata Safari, is also expected to get some changes. The safari, tend to share its engine transmission as well as platform with the Tata harrier, which is expected to be introduced in a petrol variant. The Tata Harrier too, would very soon be introduced in a petrol variant, with no changes expected with regards to design and also features. However, we find the new variant would be powered by a new 1.5 litre 4 cylinder turbocharged engine.

The Tata Motors is also planning to launch its mid-sized SUV Sierra EV whose concept version would be unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo. The Electric vehicle would be a 5 door SUV, which is not expected to receive petrol or diesel variant.

Tata's bestselling car, the Tata Nexon would also enter the market with updated version, the company is very likely to introduce a new version of Nexon EV, where it would be equipped with new alloy wheels. Beside this, the Tata would also believed to be working on the range of the vehicle, which would be improved from the present 312 km to a range of 400 km.

This new unveiled micro-SUV TATA Punch would be powered by a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which tend to offer more powerful engine, having its new version. The SUV does have impressive safety rating, but they tend lack a power punch, it would be now equipped having turbocharged petrol engine, which produces about 140 Nm of Torque and 110 PS of power.
