West Godavari: Schools flooded With water, Teachers held classes on Roads

In the wake of low pressure in the Bay of Bengal, heavy rains are reported in West Godavari district. With the classrooms flooded with rainwater in special primary school in Kothapeta village of Palakollu, the teachers are taking classes on the road.

However, when the teachers asked the students to leave the school, the students retorted and asked teachers to hold the classes. The teachers are demanding the officials to still respond to the problem and fix the problem.

On the other hand, heavy rains forecast in the Godavari districts in the next 48 hours. While the IMD officials warned the coastal area people to be cautious of the rains as it may trigger massive thunderstorms and winds.
