Vizag civic chief vows to develop city on all fronts

Visakhapatnam: G Srijana, who was appointed as the Commissioner of GVMC, assumed office on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Srijana vowed to development of Visakhapatnam on the lines of international cities. She assured to improve the facilities for all sections of people in the city. The Commissioner said that she would take necessary steps to ensure that every citizen would lead a respectable and happy life. About priorities, the new commissioner said that she would focus more on sanitation, drinking water, health and education among other areas. On the very first day of taking charge, Srijana held 'Dial Your Commissioner' programme.
