District Collector V Vinay Chand said district level officers are appointed as constituency special officers to oversee the distribution of house sites to the poor
Visakhapatnam: District Collector V Vinay Chand said district level officers are appointed as constituency special officers to oversee the distribution of house sites to the poor. These special officers will monitor the lists prepared by the tahsildars in the respective constituency from December 25 to January 7.
The Collector said the special officers will also supervise the re-survey (YSR Jagananna Permanent Land Rights 2021) programme.
ITDA Project Officer S Venkateswar will be the Special Officer for Paderu Assembly constituency, Sub-Collector N Mourya for Narsipatnam constituency, Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) L Siva Jyothi for Araku constituency, RDO P Kishore for Bheemunipatnam constituency, RDO J Seetarama Rao for Anakapalle constituency, Special Deputy Collector Ch Rangayya for Madugula constituency, Special Deputy Collector M V Suryakala for Chodavaram constituency, Special Deputy Collector SD Anita for Elamanchili constituency, DRDA project officer V Visweswara Rao for Payakaraopeta constituency and Special Deputy Collector K Padmalata for Pendurthi constituency. They were asked to take charge with immediate effect.
However, GVMC Commissioner G Srijana will supervise five Assembly constituencies that fall under GVMC limits.
The Collector directed the special officers to make the housing and re-survey a hassle-free exercise.
