The incident took place on Monday morning in Kannur village of Paravada mandal where a private school teacher committed suicide by hanging herself as he was upset that her husband had asked not to go to school. The details are as stated by Paravada SI Sirparapu Suresh, in 2012, Chinthala Apparao of Adireddypalayam, Sabbavaram Mandal married to Rajeshwari, daughter of Pembuli Lakshmi of Malkapura. The couple has been living in a rented house on the back street of Kannur Ramalayam for six years and has sons Vamsi (5) and Vivek (3) children.

Apparao is working as a contract teacher in a school in Kashinkotta mandal. Rajeshwari has been working as a teacher in a private school in Thottada for four months. Against this backdrop, Apparao has been telling Rajeshwari to stop going to school and stay home to take care of the children for some time.

Apparao said the same thing to his wife again on his way to school on Monday morning. Offended by this, Rajeshwari committed suicide by hanging herself to a fan. Meanwhile, hearing the younger son's screams neighbours cane and brought her down. However, Rajeshwari is already dead. The deceased's mother Lakshmi Paravada said in a complaint to the police that they had no suspicion over her daughter's death. "The body was shifted to KGH for postmortem and the case is being registered and investigated under the supervision of Paravada CI Peddireddla Eshwar Rao," SI Suresh said.
