Vijayawada: R Obuleshwara Sharma suggested the Engineering students to improve communication skills

Vijayawada: Most engineering students are not able to get jobs due to lack of communication skills, said noted motivational trainer R Obuleshwara Sharma. Several engineering graduates were not able to secure jobs even though they have good qualifications and for not having good communication skills, he lamented.

Sharma addressed a seminar on 'Communication skills in Engineering' at SRK Institute of Technology at Enikepadu on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, he said the students, who have good communication skills can explain the subject in the interview. He said that there were 3 crore IT jobs in the world and the youth could utilize the opportunities.

He said the engineering students have to improve their communication skills to grab the opportunities around the world.

He suggested the students to interact and communicate in English with other students in the college and it will help them to improve the proficiency in language.

College principal M Ekambaram Naidu presided over the event, Heads of the various department, staff and students attended the seminar.
