Velagapudi's wife takes part in campaign to woo women voters

Visakhapatnam: TDP Visakhapatnam East MLA candidate Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu approached a new method in his election campaign. In order to secure the maximum votes of women, V Sujana, wife of the MLA candidate, participated in a door-to-door campaign held by TDP on Sunday in MVP Colony and Shivaji Palem in the city.

Speaking to residents, Sujana said the TDP government empowered women financially and implemented several welfare schemes including 'Pasupu Kumkuma' benefitting the larger sections of women. She added that her husband was a man of masses which was the reason why people approach him to solve any issue in the constituency.
