Thousands worship goddess at Devi Chowk in Rajamahendravaram

Rajamahendravaram: On the fourth day of Devi Navaratri Utsavams, thousands of people thronged the Devi Chowk here on Thursday to seek the blessings of Goddess Bala Tripura Sundari Devi who was adorned in Shakhambari Devi avataram.

Special poojas were offered to the Devi and many couples participated in the celestial fete. After pooja tirdham and prasadam were distributed. Devi Chowk was illuminated on its four sides.Meanwhile, as it was a Thursday, all Devi mandapams were also crowded with devotees in the city.
