Amaravati: Condemning the brutality on Dr Sudhakar, who was in news for demanding masks and PPEs to fight against COVID19 recently and got suspended subsequently, the TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu insisted the State government to lodge cases against the accused persons under SC ST atrocities prevention Act.
Chandrababu Naidu made Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as accountable and responsible for this attack on the doctor by the police officials in Vizag on Saturday. "The police attacked on Sudhakar brutally. They tied the hands of doctor, beaten him and injured severely." This was the dictatorship of Jagan Mohan Reddy, who always wanted to take revenge on others with criminal mindset, criticised the TDP president.
He termed it as an attack on not only a Dr Sudhakar, but also on the entire medical fraternity and SCs.
Former minister KS Jawahar Reddy demanded Jagan to tender resignation to the Chief Minister post as he behaved like a factionist in this episode. He also stated that the Minister for Transport Perni Nani also warned the doctor with abuse language when he demanded masks.
Another former minister Kidari Sravan stated that despite of suspending the doctor, the chief minister did not get satisfied and hence sent the police to harass.
