For the last one week, rain water was seen stagnated in front of Sri Padmavathy Mahila University Main Road and commuters are facing problems to move on the road.
Similarly, the stretch of NH from Thummalagunta junction to staff quarters which is being maintained by R & B Department is also in bad condition. Commuters are facing hardships to go to Chandragiri from Tirupati via this road by a two-wheeler or even in four-wheelers.
Majority of roads in LS Nagar, MR Palli, Rayal Nagar and west Maruthi Nagar besides roads leading to University were damaged during the recent rains. Jeevakona, Thimminaidu palem localities residents are also facing same problem for the last one week.
