Road repair works will be launched soon: Minister
Minister for Roads and Buildings D Krishna Das said that all important road repairs works would be taken in the district.
Srikakulam: Minister for Roads and Buildings D Krishna Das said that all important road repairs works would be taken in the district. After laying foundation stone for laying a new road to Konduru village from Peddamuraharipuram under Vajrapukotturu mandal on Tuesday at an estimated cost of Rs 2.70 crore, the Minister explained that road network would be improved in the district for all villages.
Funds were released for repairs of State highway leading to Amudalavalasa from Srikakulam. Ragolu to Alikam and Kunukupeta to PG Peta roads in Srikakulam and Amudalavalasa mandal would also be repaired. The roads in Itchapuram, Kanchili and Mandasa mandals would also be repaired.
Palasa YSRCP MLA S Appala Raju, Superintendent Engineer (SE) for Roads and Buildings K Kanthimathi, mandal level officials accompanied the Minister.
