RMC takes up cleaning of bathing ghats in Rajamahendravaram

Rajamahendravaram: Municipal Corporation of Rajamahendravaram has taken up mass cleaning of bathing ghats which are full of mud and garbage due to week long floods. The sanitary staff of the corporation cleaned Kotilingala Ghat and Pushkar Ghat here on Tuesday and fire tenders pressed into service to clean the mud and other material.

Corporation health officer Dr A Vinutna has said all the ghats will be cleaned as early as possible as lot of garbage and mud was accumulated on the ghats because of the flood. The sanitary staff was directed to clean the ghats without delay. Sanitary supervisor I Srinivas and sanitary inspectors were present.
