Puttaparthi: Representatives from Rajpath Infra on Friday met Puttaparthi MLA Palle Sindhura Reddy and former Minister Dr Palle Raghunatha Reddy and expressed gratitude for their cooperation during the construction of NH-544G Bengaluru–Vijayawada Greenfield Highway near Sadarlapalli.
The company made history by setting a Guinness World Record, completing 28.95 lane-kilometers of bituminous concrete work and utilizing 10,675 metric tonnes of material within just 24 hours.
During the meeting, representatives Jagadish Kadam and Mohana Jagadish Kadam presented the Guinness World Record shield to the leaders.
Praising the achievement, MLA Sindhura Reddy stated that the record is a matter of immense pride for the Satya Sai district. She congratulated the engineers, management, and workers for using advanced technology to accomplish the massive infrastructure feat. She added that the new highway will drastically enhance regional transport, spurring industrial, commercial, and tourism growth across the constituency.
