Chevi Reddy Bhaskar Reddy arrange 1.60 lakh multivitamin syrups bottles as part of fight against the coronavirus disease
Tirupati: Government Whip and Chandragiri MLA Chevi Reddy Bhaskar Reddy has distributed multivitamin syrup bottles including Vitamin C tablets free of cost to his constituency people on Thursday. Earlier, the MLA handed over multivitamin syrup bottles to a few women at Narayani Kalyana Mandapam in Thondavada of Chandragiri mandal on Thursday.
In total, 1.60 lakh multivitamin syrups bottles were arranged by MLA as part of fight against the coronavirus disease. As cases were increasing in Chandragiri constituency, the MLA took a decision to distribute multivitamin syrup bottles for boosting immunity among people. In this connection, the MLA said that he made arrangements for free distribution of syrup in villages by volunteers by following the Covid-19 protocols. A detailed pamphlet will be distributed shortly over how to consume the multivitamin syrup, Chevi Reddy added.
Under the able leadership of Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, we are making efforts to prevent Covid-19 spread in Chandragiri constituency, he said and added for this, we had already distributed 3.40 lakh sanitisers, 4 lakh masks, 25 lakh kg fruits, 16 lakh eggs, 16 lakh kg vegetables and 3.20 lakh tomatoes and 25 lakh C vitamin tablets.
Later, he visited containment zones along with officials concerned where the two covid-19 positive cases were diagnosed in Chandragiri town. He assured the locals that he was ready to do any kind of help for people. He added that people should maintain cleanliness in their homes and surroundings to keep diseases at bay.
