A man was brutally attacked by unknown assailants on Monday here at Jagitial. The police suspecting that the property dispute may have led to the attack.

The victim identified as Kishan, a resident of Markandeya colony in Jagitial is reported to have a land dispute with one K Lakshman who is a native of Anantaram. The police registered a case and are investigating.

In February, a girl was attacked with a sickle by a teenager after the former refused his love proposal.
