Eluru: The Department of Social Sciences of St Teresa College for Women organised a two-day leadership training programme at the college here on Wednesday and Thursday.
MR Pai Foundation sponsored the programme. P Vivek and Rajiv Kumar gave training to the students on time management, leadership traits, goal setting and sharpening vital skills. They also emphasized the significance of effective communication skills in today's competitive world.
Students from ANR College, Gudivada, SKSD Mahila Kalasala, Tanuku, Sir CRR College, Govt Degree College also participated. Dr Marietta D' Mello, principal, Dr Jyothi, Head, department of Chemistry, Dr Ratna Mary, Head department of Social Sciences participated.
