Kakinada: Realtors fears on RERA allayed
CREDAI members felicitating Chartered Accountants Federation president N Devi Kumar in Kakinada on ThursdayKakinada: Chartered Accounts Federation president Nagam Devi Kumar has said that Real Estate Regulation Act will benefit a lot to the building construction sector and the realtors need not worry about the Act.
Participating in an awareness programme conducted on the Act jointly by CREDAI and the Federation here on Thursday, he said that the builders need not face any problems if they follow the Act strictly, in letter and spirit.
He advised the CREDAI members to study the Act thoroughly and understand it.
The federation members KSN Raju, CVN Ganga Ram, CREDAI chairman Chandrasekhar, president VS Prasanna, secretary KV Krishna and others were present on the occasion.
