Justice to Disha: AP leader Vasireddy Padma recollects encounter of acid attack accused in YSR Regime

Andhra Pradesh Woman's Commission Chairperson Vasireddy Padma reacted to the Friday's encounter of the four accused in the case of the horrific rape and murder of a veterinary doctor last week. Padma said that the victim's soul is at peace with the encounter of the accused.

Speaking to local media on Friday, she said that the latest encounter had reminded encounter of three accused in the acid attack case in Warangal in YSR regime.

She believes that the encounter would create a severe panic among the criminals who resort to such heinous crimes on the women. "It is no wonder as the people of the country are applauding the quick punishment of the accused," she said.
