Justice Rakesh Kumar transferred to AP High Court, likely to take charge from November 13

Amaravati: Justice Rakesh Kumar, judge of the Patna High Court has been transferred and posted as judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

According to a communique Friday m the Union Ministry of Law ad Justice, Justice Rakesh Kumar will take charge as judge of the AP High Court on or before November 13.

Justice Rakesh Kumar has practiced for 26 years as an advocate in Patna High Court before he was appointed as an additional judge of Patna High Court on December 25, 2009. Later, he took oath as permanent judge on October 24, 2011.
