Jagan govt releases guidelines for YSR Arogyasri Scheme: Check out

The Andhra Pradesh government headed by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has issued guidelines regarding the health scheme called Arogyasri. The scheme is applicable for those with an annual income up to Rs 5 lakh. The scheme also applies to all types of Ration cardholders. The government issued the order on Friday.

The guidelines for health care are as follows.

♦ Those who have a wetland less than 12 acres and the Landowners with less than 35 acres of dry land are eligible.

♦ All persons with less than 35 acres of land, including wet and dry land, are eligible.

♦ Applicable to municipal property tax-paying families for less than 3000 SFT (334 sq. Yds).

♦ Outsourcing, contract, part-time employees and sanitation workers with an annual income of over Rs 5 lakh are also eligible.

♦ Honorary remuneration employees and private sector employees working in the public sector.

♦ The family who has more than one car are not eligible of YSR Arogyasri.

The govt has issued orders in this regard.
