Mukesh Ambani's close friend and MP Parimal Nathwani, who is all set to be renominated to the Rajya Sabha from Andhra Pradesh has held a special pooja on Tuesday at Indrakiladri temple in Vijayawada. After the ceremony, he told the media: "We are very happy to get the opportunity to be nominated for the upper house from AP; it is all because of AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's decision that helped me become Rajya Sabha MP for the third time."
He said that he would fulfill any responsibility assigned to him and assured of fetching funds from the centre. He said he would use his experience for the benefit of Andhra Pradesh. "It is a great pleasure to work with YS Jagan, who has been working hard to lead the state into development, " Parimal Nathwani said.
On Monday, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy named Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) group president Parimal Nathwani as one of the candidates for the Rajya Sabha elections from Andhra Pradesh. Nathwani is due to retire on April 2 and is seeking renomination.
