BJP state president Kanna Lakshminarayana urged the Governor Biswabushan Harichandan to take steps to implement 10 per cent reservation to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) provided by the Central government
Guntur: BJP state president Kanna Lakshminarayana urged the Governor Biswabushan Harichandan to take steps to implement 10 per cent reservation to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) provided by the Central government.
In a letter written to the Governor, he said the Central government introduced the reservations for the upliftment of EWS in the country and recalled that the state government has failed to implement them.
He said the students belonging to EWS were losing several opportunities in educational institutions and employment.
He requested the Governor to direct the state government to implement 10 percent reservations to the EWS immediately.
