European fellowship for IIIT Nuzvid student

Vijayawada: Shaik Nazma Sultana, IIIT student of Nuzvid, has been selected for the European fellowship award. She will get Rs 20 lakh for further education. Shaik Nazma Sultana completed the course with 90 per cent marks and been one of the two students selected from India.

European countries select only two students from each country for the fellowship to pursue education in Europe. IIIT Director D Suryachandra Rao told media on Saturday that the girl student would study in two reputed universities in Europe with the fellowship award.

He said the IIIT faculty and students were delighted with the achievement made by their student Nazma Sultana and he congratulated her and her parents.
