Devineni Avinash fires on TDP over council developments, stages protest in Vijayawada

YSRCP leader Devineni Avinash vehemently condemned he TTD attack on Vellampalli Srinivas in the legislative council on Wednesday. YSRCP leader and Vijayawada East constituency incharge Avinash staged a protest against the council developments at his residence in Gunadala over the attacks. The event was attended by former mayors, corporation candidates and activists. Addressing the gathering, Devineni Avinash said that TDP members are behaving like rowdies in the elders house and demanded the action against the members who attacked minister Velampalli Srinivas.

Avinash said it is not correct to block the development of the state bills in the council. "While people are looking for the development, the TDP leaders are stoping the development by moving courts creating obstacles to development, " Avinash asserted. He warned that the TDP leaders not to take their meekness as weakness and said that they would submit a representation to the city commissioner to take action against those who attacked minister.

"It is unfortunate that TDP leaders are blocking the bills needed for the development of the state," said Boppana Bhava Kumar, president of the YSRCP Vijayawada city. He said that the attack on the minister in the Legislative Council was never seen before in the history of the country. The members of the TDP are furious that they are acting as rowdies and gangsters.
