Derailment of goods train hit rail traffic

Vizianagaram: The train passengers faced hardship due to cancelation of various trains in several routes following a derailment of goods train at Doikallu station of Odisha.

As a result, many trains are either cancelled or rescheduled or short terminated. This has badly affected the passengers. 12807 Visakhapatnam-Nizamuddin Samstha Express, Bengaluru-Hatia Express, Dhanbad-Alleppy Express and many other passenger trains are affected.

The passengers who had reserved their berths are suffered and they ran to RTC bus stands to catch the busses. Due to this, the busses are crammed and run with heavy rush. On the other hand, the continuous rains also pushed the passengers into more inconvenience situation.
