Hans News Service Guntur: Chief Secretary Anil Chandra Punetha and Special Chief secretary Dr Manmohan Singh inaugurated conference hall constructed at a cost of Rs 4 crore and renovated building in the Collectorate here on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, they appreciated the District Collector Kona Sasidhar for constructing the conference hall with all the necessary facilities and added that the conference hall is useful to conduct meetings. Anil Chandra Punetha said that R&B department maintained quality in the works and the conference hall is useful for future purposes also. He felt that if the facilities are good, the officials will be able to discharge their duties efficiently. He felt happy for naming the building after SR Sankaran. Election observer Nirab Kumar Praaad, Guntur urban SP Ch Vijaya Rao, Guntur rural SP SV Rajasekhara Babu, Joint Collector Himanshu Shukla, district revenue officer Srilatha were among those participated.
