Chittoor: Congress firmly opposes YSRCP

Chittoor: Senior Congress leader and AICC member Tulasi Reddy reiterated that the party will strongly opposes Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his party firmly. There is no question of compromising with BJP, TDP and Jana Sena, who maintain double standards and the party will contest with alliance of like-minded parties only, he clarified.

Participating at a DCC meet, presided over by DCC president P Bhaskar here on Tuesday, Tulasi Reddy exuded confidence that Congress will regain its glory in 2O 24 general elections. He slammed that Jagan Mohan Reddy lost the integrity to continue in the power while TDP and Jana Sena are trailing for the good looks of BJP. When asked to comment on the entry of Sharmila Reddy into Congress, he categorically declared that the PCC was unaware of it. There is no indication from the AICC also in this regard. The AICC member maintained that Congress party is staking fair edge when compared with other parties both in the State and at the Centre.
