The scrutiny of the certificates for the recruitment of village and ward secretariat will begin from September 24.

The scrutiny of the certificates for the recruitment of village and ward secretariat will begin from September 24. Category wise certificates will be examined based on marks. The certificates will be examined from September 24 to 26. District wise merit list is prepared according to reservation and roster of candidates who are qualified in the written test. According to the list, certificates will be examined and Appointment orders will be issued from 27th.

Selected candidates are required to download their Call letter from the website. Officials said that all information about the day and venue of certification verification for the candidate will be sent via SMS to the candidate. Candidates who are no able to attend for Certificate Verification on the dates specified will be give time for seven days

All selected candidates will be given appointment orders on September 29. They are given two days of basic training will be joining the duties on October 2. The second phase of training will begin on October 14.

Here are the documents list that Candidates have to carry for verification

♦ Two pairs of certificates and 2 passport size photos signed by the Gazette Officer.

♦ Residence certificate, Aadhaar card is mandatory.

♦ Birth Certificate or Birth Certificate should be from the authorities for certification of date of birth.

♦ All original certificates and marks sheet.

♦ Study Certificates of Education from 4th to 10th grade.

♦ Candidates who migrated to AP from Telangana between 02.06.2014 - 01.06.2019 due to AP bifurcation will have to submit a certificate of localization.

♦ Caste Certificate for BC, SC and ST candidates.

♦ BC Candidates' should carry Non-Criminal Certificate.

♦ Candidates are required to submit a self-certified copy of any criminal case against them. A specific format for this can be downloaded from the website.

♦ Candidates with hearing impairment and must carry a Parental Residence Certificate.

♦ Candidates from the Divisions, Ex-Servicemen, Sports and NCC Divisions must carry the relevant certificates.
