Vijayawada: APCC president Raghu Veera Reddy clarified that after Congress party comes into power, they will provide a minimum income guarantee scheme to the poor of the state.

On the bases of Swaminathan committee report, they will support the farmers. He also said that the Congress will declare the Polavaram as a national project, and with 100 percent central funds the project construction will be completed.

PCC chief promised to develop the backward districts and will strengthen the education sector in the state.

He declared that the Congress will provide interest-free loans to the DWCRA women, and will bring right to health care act.

Apart from these, Raghu Verra Reddy has assured to control the fees in the corporate educational institutions.

4 Gas cylinders free in a year for poor.

Dalit Christians will be identified as SCs.

Valmiki and Fishermen's will be included in ST list.

Weavers will be exempted from the GST.
