Eluru: The city unit of All India Democratic Women Association (AIDWA) has organised Rangoli competitions for women on the occasion of Sankranti festival.
Women showed their talent in Rangoli at Vinayaka Temple Centre in Powerpet. AIDWA city secretary Rajyalakshmi, speaking on the occasion, said that women have been taking part enthusiastically in the competitions as they like Rangolis.
It is a common sight during Sankranti that streets present colourful look with Rangolis. Prizes were distributed to the winners on the occasion.
