In a shocking incident, a volunteer commits suicide in Tirupati, going into details, couple Gangamma, Gangadhar's daughter Deshamma (21) from Rajiv Gandhi Colony in Tirupati is working as a volunteer and is preparing to write Groups examinations‌. In the wake of this, she went for a walk on Tuesday morning and came home and committed suicide by hanging herself with a sari to the ceiling fan in the house with the doors closed.

The family members thought for some time that the girl was studying as usual. However, the girl didn't open the door, which led the family members to open the door forcefully to see their daughter dead with a suicide note in hand, which reads. "You worked so hard for me. But I could do nothing for you, I could never make you happy and could not be a better daughter. I'm sorry." She further added that no one was responsible for my death. The body was shifted to SV Medical College for postmortem.

In an another incident, a man committed suicide by drinking insecticide on Tuesday in Regallu in the Peleru Mandal. According to SI Thippeswamy, E. Chinnabba, 50, of Anurollapalle, Ayyavari Palle Panchayat, Pakala Mandal, was found unconscious on Tuesday near the Regallu-Sadum road. Upon receiving the information, the police rushed to the spot and examined it. He was pronounced dead after drinking insecticide. The body was taken to the local government hospital for postmortem. The body was later handed over to relatives. The SI said the case has been registered and is under investigation.
