Welfare schemes will continue, asserts Finance Minister T Harish Rao

Sangareddy: Despite the economic regression, the state government did not cut the expenditure on welfare measures meant for farmers, said Finance Minister T Harish Rao. He said that necessary funds would be released to those who did not receive any aid under the 'Rythu Bandhu' scheme.

He attended as the chief guest at the general body meeting held here under the aegis of Zilla Parishad chairperson Manjusri on Thursday. District Collector Hanumantha Rao, MLAs, ZPTCs and MPTCs were present on the occasion.
