Warangal: Deputy tahsildar posts Selectees get appointment orders
Warangal: Work honestly and earn a place in the hearts of people, Warangal Urban District Collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil said. Handing over appointment orders to the candidates selected through the TSPSC for the posts of deputy tahsildar here on Wednesday, he told them to be transparent while discharging duties.
"With the land records updation programme (LRUP) is nearing completion, the onus is on the newly appointed officials to round out the remaining process. Due to non-availability of past records, the process is yet to be completed," he said. Get well-versed with the laws and procedures of revenue acts so that to resolve the problems of the people. In addition to this, the newly selected deputy tahsildars need to acquaint with latest technology, he added.
Of the 103 posts, 92 candidates collected their appointment orders while four were absent and verification of caste certificates of the seven SC candidates is pending. Stating that selected candidates have 60 days to join the duties, the Collector told them to report at the Urban Collectorate as early as possible. The new employees will have one year training to get themselves well-versed with the revenue laws, he said. Joint Collector S Dayanand and Special Officer Manu Chowdary were among others at the programme.
