Union Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy wrote a letter to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao requesting the latter to complete pending land acquisition for the construction of a flyover at Amberpet crossroads on national highway 202, which falls under Secunderabad Lok Sabha Constituency represented by the union minister.

Kishan Reddy said that the Union Transport and National Highways minister Nithin Gadkari laid the foundation stone to flyover in May 2018. The union government had also released its share of Rs 76.33 crore but the delay in land acquisition halted the works. The union minister urged the CM to expedite the official process for land acquisition on a fast pace and complete the flyover.
