TVVP gets new chief with medical background

Hyderabad: Nearly a year after Dr B Shiva Prasad retired from the post of Commissioner of Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (TVVP), the State medical body got a new Commissioner from a medical background.

Dr K Ramesh Reddy, who is the present Director of Medical Education (DME) has been appointed as the new Commissioner (FAC) of TVVP on Friday.

He replaced K Manicka Raj (IAS), the present Hyderabad Collector who also acted as TVVP Commissioner (FAC) until now.
