Training held for presiding officers

Vikarabad: The training programme for the presiding officers about conducting election for co-option members, MPPs, Vice MPPs was held here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Collector Masrat Khanam Ayesha said receiving, scrutiny and withdrawing of nominations would be held on June 7. "Nominations will be accepted before 10 am, and scrutiny will be at 12 noon.

The withdrawal of nominations is up to 1 pm," she said. She suggested presiding officers to convene a meeting with the final candidates. Poll liaison officer Devasahayam, coordinator Sathaiah, DRO Mothilal, DRDO Johnson were also present.
