TS Inter Supplementary Exams 2020: Here's some good news to the students who failed in the intermediate public exams and are awaiting the schedule of advanced supplementary exams. The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is likely to cancel the supplementary exams this year and pass the students by adding grace marks. However, it is yet to be confirmed.

The BIE is planning either to conduct supplementary exams for both the students of intermediate first and second year or only for second year as they need to go for higher studies. So far, no exam schedule for supplementary exams has been released.

Every year, the intermediate board used to announce the supplementary exam schedule while announcing the results along with the fee payment dates. This year, the board officials did not announce the time table in the view of coronavirus pandemic.

Around 3,74,492 students had appeared for the Intermediate second-year general exams, out of which 2,60,703 students passed. In the first year exams, a total of 4,31,358 students appeared for the exams and 2,63,463 students were passed.

Meanwhile, the BIE officials are awaiting the government's nod on the conduct of exams. The board is said to have proposed three options to the government either to hold exams for both first and second year or only for second year or pass the students by adding grace marks.
