Teenage girl murdered in Chandampeta

Chandampeta (Nalgonda): A girl pursuing graduation was brutally murdered on Tuesday late night at Polepally village of Chandampeta mandal in the district.

According to sources and the police, Andugula Sirisha (19), daughter of Andugula Mutyalu and Anjamma was in degree first year at MKR Degree College in Devarakonda town.

She was staying at her grandmother Andugula Yellamma's place and pursuing her education as her parents died when she was a kid. On Tuesday, unidentified persons stabbed Sirisha.

After receiving information, Devarakonda DSP Maheshwar along with a dog squad and Clues Team rushed to the spot and collected the evidence. Based on the complaint by Yellamma, the local police registered a case and took up the investigation.
