Karimnagar: Teachers Day celebrated in Blind School

Karimnagar: Regional Chairperson of Vasavi Club Chanda Ravinder appreciated the efforts of visually impaired teachers, who are rendering better services in teaching profession. The representatives of Vasavi Club celebrated the Teacher's Day by garlanding the photo of Sarvepalli Radha Krishna at the Blind School in Karimnagar on Thursday.

After felicitating blind teachers Sudarshan Reddy, Rajashekar and Sampath Reddy, Vasavi Club Chairperson C Ravinder said it is a great honour to felicitate the teachers on the auspicious day of Teacher's Day. A teacher is a powerful person in the society, who is responsible for building a healthy and strong future society.

It is not an easy to job to teach blind students compared to normal students. But overcoming their defect, standing as role models to others,

the teachers of this blind school are giving their best and are shaping the blind students to achieve their goals, he appreciated.

Later, Vasavi Club representatives distributed sweets to all students. A Naga Raju, Shiva Jyothi, T Satish Babu, Bhaskar, Ramesh and Sarala were present along with others.
