PD Act invoked on Rakesh Reddy, the murderer of Chigurupati Jayaram

The BanjaraHills police on Friday invoked PD Act on Rakesh Reddy, the prime accused in the murder case of NRI Industrialist Chigurupati Jayaram. With the invoke of PD Act, the accused has to be behind the bars for one year and he will not have the chance of any bail to release from the jail. Presently the accused is in the Chenchalguda jail.
