Nalgonda: SP Ranganath advises girl students to be careful while using social media

Nalgonda: SP AV Ranganath stated that women should learn defense techniques to protect themselves in crucial times.

He was addressing the SHE Team awareness meeting held at MG University of Nalgonda on Thursday. The SP said the Police department is giving top priority to women safety and added that information of whistle blowers with regard to harassment of women will be kept secret.

in his speech, he emphasized on precautions to be taken while handling social media and explained the help that can be have from the SHE Teams.

He advised students besides academic knowledge, they must have awareness about society. He suggested teaching staff of the university to make students as perfect citizens by transferring knowledge to them and telling safety precautions to be taken to protect themselves from evil forces of the society in day-today life.

In her address, Additional SP Narmadha advised students to pay attention on ambitions and their safety. She suggested them to take the help of police without hesitation whenever necessary.

In this meeting university Registrar M.Yadagiri, SHE Team CI Rajashekar , Madhavi , Shankar Reddy , Viajay Kumarc , Somi Reddy , Vijaya laxmi , Narsimha Annapurna , Pravallika , Sudha rani and girls students of MG university participated.
