MP Revanth Reddy's vote for note case adjourns to April 20

The ACB special court which took up the hearing of the sensational vote for note case on Tuesday (March 17) has adjourned the further hearing to April 20th.

In this case, Congress MP A Revanth Reddy has been booked as A1, and he is currently at Cherlapally central jail, where MP couldn't attend today's court proceeding. The other accused Sebastian and Uday Simha were present in the court.

Regarding vote for note case, ACB has collected the key evidence and filed a 960 pages charge sheet. In the charge sheet, the ACB mentioned the role of the accused and the masterminds behind the case. They have also handed over the FSL report of the audio tapes to the court.

In 2015, Revanth Reddy, who was TDP MLA, was arrested on the charges of luring the Nominated MLA Stephenson with money for the victory of Vem Narender Reddy in the MLC elections.
