MLA Dr M Anand vows to address all issues in villages

Vikarabad: MLA Dr M Anand said local issues should be addressed in the local level itself. He participated in various development works at Jinnaram, Karimpur, Barvad villages in Kotpalli mandal on Thursday, along with MP Ranjit Reddy, ZP chairperson Sunitha Mahender Reddy.

Speaking on the occasion, he said so many issues in the villages remained unattended in the last 40 years due to the negligence of rulers. He also said all the issues cannot be solved immediately but can be addressed in phased manner. He also revealed that two under bridges were sanctioned to Vikarabad and work would be commenced soon after tenders were finalised.

ZP chairperson Sunitha Mahender Reddy appealed to make 'Haritha Haram' successful and build toilets for the self-respect of women. She urged people to improve sanitation, cleanliness at village, mandal and district levels. She promised to get more funds from the state government to develop the backward Vikarabad district.

MP Ranjit Reddy said he has been trying to make several trains halt at Vikarabad and assured to bring more new trains to the railway station. He said he will get funds from the centre for the development of Vikarabad and Rangareddy district.
