Mahbubnagar scribe gets Young Achievers Award

Mahbubnagar: Mahbubnagar scribe working for a local channel has been awarded with prestigious Young Achievers Award 2020, at a programme organised by Global Human Peace University in Chennai on Tuesday.

Pasupula Srinivas, who is a prominent journalist working for a local channel (S9) in Mahbubnagar district has been recognised for his hard work and innovative stories reflecting the plight of people in the society through his channel. He was chosen from Mahbubnagar district for the Young Achievers Award and was given certification for his achievement by Dr P Emanuel, founder Chairman of Global Human Peace University.

Born and brought up in a poor agriculture family from Kollapur mandal in Nagarkurnool district, Srinivas completed his post graduation in Journalism from Telugu University and began his career as a journalist from Kollapur. From there onwards Srinivas got name and fame for his good work and was selected for the Young Achievers Award for the year 2020.

"Achieving this award gives me a lot of satisfaction for the hard work I have put in serving the people. I really thank all those who helped me in my career without which I could not have attained this. This has now made me more responsible and encourages me to do much more better things for the society," said Srinivas, while sharing his happiness.
